Heather grew up in Victoria and is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science. Heather has worked as a dietitian for nearly ten years in both clinical dietetics and private practice. Her areas of interest are sports nutrition, vegetarian and general healthy eating, digestive health and weight loss. She is a Certified Craving Change™ Facilitator and has completed the Gutting Edge course to further her digestive health, FODMAP diet and IBS management strategies. Heather has always been very active and played numerous competitive sports including basketball, baseball and soccer. Julie Kostyk, B Sc., RD

Julie graduated from the University of Alberta and has been practicing as a dietitian for over 12 years. She has worked in many areas, including acute care (adults and pediatrics), community nutrition and private practice. Her areas of focus are in weight management, digestive health, pediatrics, and pre/post natal health. She is a Certified Craving Change™ Facilitator and has completed additional training in the FODMAP diet for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) management. Julie enjoys living on the west coast and when she isn’t helping her clients with their nutrition she tends to spend her time cooking, gardening, traveling with her husband, and relaxing with her golden retriever and two cats. Julie loves to share her knowledge of nutrition to fit any and every lifestyle.

Jodi is a graduate of the University of Alberta and has worked as a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. She is a meal planning pro and an expert on nutrition for families and individuals.
